Ginger tea, hot or cold

Ingredients

  • 1 liter water (natural, filtered or structured)
  • 5 cm of organic ginger root, peeled and thinly sliced
  • agave syrup

Directions

  1. Bring the water with the ginger slices to a boil and let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the ginger and the add agave syrup to taste. Enjoy hot, or let it cool off and then put it in the refrigerator for a nice cool iced tea.
