Chocolate bonbons
Ingredients
- 40 gr raw cacao butter
- 15 gr raw coconut oil
- 30 gr raw honey
- 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 3 tbsp raw coconut, finely grated
- 3 tbsp goji berries
- optional:
- 2 tbsp raw hemp seeds
Directions
Grate the cacao butter and the coconut oil. Mix in the honey and melt the ingredients in your dehydrator on a low temperature, max 45 °C. While the dehydrator is still on, mix in 3 full tbsp of raw cacao until smooth, then add the other ingredients. If you want different flavours; pour the chocolat mix in the moles without the coconut, goji berries and hemp seeds and then add these ingredients one per one. Makes 20 treats.
